Rubber Crumb is the standard infill for an all-weather sports field surface. There are several advantages to Rubber Crumb.

It provides the required bounce characteristics, and provides a cushioned surface which reduces the likelihood of player injury. Rubber crumb is a key ingredient in the manufacture of "shock pads", which are laid underneath the turf on high quality pitches to meet FiFA and /or IRB specifications. Rubber Solutions supplies product to a NZ manufacturer of shock pads.

In this case only 4 bags of 500KG were used to give a shallow coat. The amount can be varied depending on the desired surface characteristics. Delivery can also be in bulk by truck.
